Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
- If you find any items missing or damaged, a quality issue, or the wrong product, please immediately return the package to your delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to process claims for missing, incorrect, or defective items.
- Refunds are only applicable to canceled order items due to product unavailability.
- In case of an undelivered order for any reason, a refund will be processed, deducting any applicable discounts.
- For any technical issues with the order, delivery, or refund procedure, the customer will be provided with the correct service as soon as the issue is resolved. In the event of a return, the buyer shall be responsible for all transportation and courier charges incurred.
- cartmixbd.com reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
Requirements for a Valid Return
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- Product with original package.
Valid Conditions and Reasons to Return an Item
- Delivery of the wrong product.
- Delivery of defective product.
Cancellation and Refund due to Product Unavailability
- Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our store. cartmixbd.com may cancel or deliver any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is unavailable.
- In the case of clause (1), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund.
- After confirming any order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment is already made by the customer against that order, cartmixbd.com will charge and deduct the online gateway transaction fee from the refund amount.
- Advance payment is required for delivery of products Outside Dhaka. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.
Return/ Replacement Guarantee May Not Apply in any of the following Conditions
- Damages due to misuse of the product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on cartmixbd.com.
We cannot take any claim or complaint for products after 24 hours.
